Q. Brief us on core values of Speedcrafts Limited?

Ethical Behaviour, Customer Commitment, Innovation, Team Work, Self Improvement and Honesty are the core values of our company and are very dear to everyone from top to bottom of organizational pyramid.

 

Q. What are your major areas that you are leading with; what is the market value of the Speedcrafts products that leads in term of technology?

Speedcrafts is a name synonym with quality and service. We are technologically focused company which is a leading name in Asphalt Plants and Diesel Road Roller, besides other equipment we manufacture.

Q. What according to you the market would be in coming years for concrete Mixing plant & equipment; what is your contribution towards the segment?

India is one of the developing nations witnessing rapid urbanization. There is a little bit of concrete in everyone’s life be it urban or rural populace. Our infrastructure is developing in a massive way with multi storied buildings, flyovers, malls, offices, road, rail, port, air infrastructure, electrification, dams, etc creating huge demand for concrete. Even agriculture sector is having demand for concrete for canals and irrigation projects.

To match the pace of development, demand for concrete equipment is gaining momentum and we at Speedcrafts have seized these opportunities by entering this segment with our Concrete Batching Plants, Self Loading Concrete Mixers and Concrete Conveyors.

 

Q. Briefly describe your international projects and discuss what challenges are you facing and how do you cope up them?

We are exporting our products to over 60 countries across the globe including developed economies. Global economical and political changes along with subdued demand are the major concerns which keep us vigilant to explore new markets.

 

Q. Brief us about your sales and after sales market strategies; how importantly you playing the role among you competitors?

We at Speedcrafts are working towards the customer delight and this has created a differentiator between us and competitors. We have always maintained a balance Man to Machine Ratio and have a very experienced and enthusiastic Customer Support Team. For a group of customers, we allocate a dedicated Service Person who takes care of customer’s requirements from the time of commissioning till entire shell life of machines and actively engages with customer’s operation and maintenance team to provide preventive and periodic maintenance.

 

Q. Recently, you marked your presence in Conmac Nepal18; kindly share your experience for same. And what are your plans and expectation for Bauma CONEXPO India 18?

Nepal is an upcoming market which has got potential for all types of construction equipment in years to come. This was the first edition of Conmac Nepal 18 which provided us a platform to interact with customers and know their requirement.

We have few product launches lined up for Bauma CONEXPO India 18 with focus on Asphalt & Concrete Equipment. Being a show, which has gained popularity among customers in last few years, we feel to have a good footfall of serious buyers to whom we can showcase our products.

 

Q. What is your futuristic outlook in term of company’s growth?

The demand for construction equipment gained momentum in 2017. With all out push by Central and State Government to upgrade and build new infrastructure, we see a very bright future and enhanced demands in next fiscal and are optimistic about the growth in years to come.
