The Genesis: This unique platform was incepted in 2009 by Sangeeta (San) Banerjee and Venkat Kandaswamy and has its headquarters in Bangalore and Mumbai. MCs in 2009, used multiple excel sheets, google/yahoo groups, offline registers, offline softwares and other ad hoc solutions for managing apartment complexes; thus spending a lot of time and effort, yet ending up not able to manage their complex efficiently. When San & Venkat saw that there were no comprehensive solutions available both in and outside India to help MCs, they started developing ADDA, positioned to be the one stop solution for all needs of an Apartment Resident.
