Ajmera Cityscapes and West Avenue Realty have launched Atlantis, an 18-storey luxury tower located at the confluence of CD Road and 16th Road, opposite Camy Wafers in Khar (West).The event was graced by MLA Ashish Shelar and MLA Parag Shah as chief guest, MLA Atul Bhatkhalkar, MLA Ameet Satam, and MLA Yogesh Sagar. Piyush Gupta, MD, Capital Markets and Investment Services India, was also present.

The carpet space at Atlantis is large, with 3BHK houses spanning 1500 square feet and 4BHK residences covering 2150 to 2350 square feet. Atlantis is a RERA-registered project scheduled to be completed in January 2026.

Jesal Ajmera, director of Ajmera Cityscapes, said, “This is the first joint venture project of Ajmera Cityscapes and West Avenue Realty. This collaboration marks the beginning of what we believe will be a successful long-term association.”
