1. Solid Rubber Tyre & Wheel Assembly Acetrax® tyres are airless, ensuring they’re puncture-proof. They feature an extra deep tread for extended, uninterrupted service, along with specially designed sidewall apertures that offer shock absorption and comfort ride. These are available in different patterns to suit various operating conditions, and they come as ready-to-fit tyre and wheel assemblies for easy replacement.

• 4-5 times more life compared to pneumatic tyres Solid Rubber Tyre & Wheel Assembly is suitable for industrial equipment with a maximum operating speed of 25 km/hr.

2. Foam Filled Tyre and Wheel Assembly Foam Fill is a straightforward two-component liquid polyurethane solution that is pumped into the tyre, providing a simple, reliable, and costeffective alternative for tyre filling. Foam Fill is designed to transform air-filled tyres into solid urethane rubber-filled tyres, to maximize vehicle operating efficiency and minimize downtime caused by flat tyres. Acetrax® foam-filled tyres thus become puncture-proof, solid composites that almost completely remove the risk of flat tyres, blowouts, and tyre damage caused by improper daily maintenance — common issues with regular airfilled tyres.

These tyres never require air filling, ensuring consistent inflation and maximizing tyre performance across various conditions.
