Our state-ofthe-art 75,000 square foot central warehouse in Indore, capable of housing 13,000 SKUs, ensures the timely availability of spare parts and components. Complementing this, our strategically located depots in Faridabad and Guwahati further enhance accessibility for our customers. To instill confidence and peace of mind, we offer a standard one-year base warranty for all our CASE equipment, regardless of whether it falls under the light or heavy machinery category.
We extend our commitment to customer satisfaction through our ‘CASE Protect’ and ‘CASE Care’ programs, which provide comprehensive support, extended warranties, and service packages. Additionally, through our in-house retail finance company ‘CNHi Capital,’ we offer various financing options to the customer reducing the economical strain on them.
