( HEAT CURE )

"Heat Cure nanotechnology liquid coating for glass can be applied to any kind of glass surface that allows the transferring of heat along with sunlight, including but not limited to windows, glass panels, glass roofs, doors, polycarbonate sheets and fancy facades."

Q.Can you give a thorough introduction to the Heat Cure Nanotechnology Glass Coating and the underlying science behind its capacity to absorb such a large quantity of heat?

Heat Cure Nanotechnology Glass Coating solution is the first of its kind in India that has been designed and developed tailored to the specific needs of the harsh Indian summers . The nanotechnology solution, transparent liquid coating, is designed to be applied on glass surfaces to block heat by rejecting the entry of Infrared rays (IR) up to 85% and Ultraviolet rays (UV) to 99% entering into the house, building or a commercial complex.

Q. What market needs or issues does it solve in the area of glass coatings? What motivated your organisation to develop this specific product?

Over the last couple of decades, the accelerated speed of industrialization and urbanisation has changed the environment with temperatures peaking as high as 50°C during the summer. While the most convenient way to get the desired atmosphere inside the premises is to install an air-conditioner, it is also one of the biggest contributors to electricity bills. The never-ending cycle of rising temperatures and dependency on appliances to achieve an amicable environment inspired the idea of developing technology specific to our climatic needs. Now, with our Nanotechnology Glass Coating, blocking heat is not only convenient but also budget friendly for the user’s pocket – as it blocks out heat and helps reduce power consumption by limiting the use of electrical appliances like ACs and room heaters.

Q. Could you offer any test findings or data to support the claimed 85% heat-blocking capacity of this coating? What particular efficiency measurements and norms did you rely on?

All the numbers that we share or quote have been approved by the Government Certified Labs. We are always happy to share the certification with our esteemed clients.

Q. What glass surfaces can this coating be applied to, and which industries or sectors will benefit most from its technology?

Heat Cure nanotechnology liquid coating for glass can be applied to any kind of glass surface that allows the transferring of heat along with sunlight, including but not limited to windows, glass panels, glass roofs, doors, polycarbonate sheets and fancy facades. We believe our innovative and effective solution can change the game for the real estate industry – as the buildings are designed as per the modern architecture, using glass as an exterior facade, or blocked windows, to amp up the aesthetics. However, the usage isn’t limited to real estate. We also believe that, in the coming times, we can tap into the automobile industry and improve fuel efficiency by reducing the use of air conditioners and limiting fuel consumption, another step towards energy efficiency.

Q. How can the Heat Cure Nanotechnology Glass Coating support environmental sustainability, such as by lowering building energy use and enhancing HVAC effectiveness?

Heat Cure glass and roof coating solutions were developed with the intent to reduce the extra burden on the environment and customer’s pocket, by cutting down the massive need for airconditioners across commercial and residential buildings. As the nanotechnology-based coating acts as an insulator, it is equally effective in summers and winters – reflecting and blocking heat rays in summers, and capturing warmth within the premises in winters. By blocking the heat, the solution helps maintain a desired temperature, thus lowering the load on cooling and heating equipment, resulting in reducing building energy use and enhancing HVAC effectiveness.

Q. Would you talk about the coating’s anticipated lifetime and durability, particularly in outdoor or high-UV environments?

Our ultra-thin nanotechnology-based insulation coating has proven to be effective in blocking the sun’s heat, providing all-around protection. The performance life of this transparent coating extends up to 12 years (10 years of company warranty without any maintenance), whether there is heavy rainfall or a high UV environment. The users don’t have to compromise with either the amount of light entering the premises or protection against IR and UV rays in summer and winter alike.

Q. How do you intend to maintain your position at the forefront of glass coating technology, and what improvements or breakthroughs are in store for your Heat Cure Nanotechnology Glass Coating?

At Heat Cure, we are not limited to glass coating technology as we provide nanotechnology liquid coating for roofs as well – providing a comprehensive range of products to block heat for residential or commercial structures. Currently, we are building strategic partnerships with glass processing units, glass facade fabricators, and people in the manufacturing of UPVC and aluminium doors and windows – so that we can build a clientele through them. Our marketing strategy to maintain our position in the market is to promote our cost-effective, low-maintenance and long-lasting solutions to customers, and develop strong faith around our technology. Regarding improvements, our nanotechnology coating itself is one of the latest breakthroughs of the decade in this field and we have plans to make it even more efficient such that we can block more heat.

Q. Would you mind describing any particular projects or customer success stories where your glass coating has significantly improved comfort or energy efficiency?

We have provided our services to over 1800 sites, including commercial and residential complexes. Some of the notable brands that have benefitted from our nanotechnology coatings are Jubilant Foodworks with all their brands such as Domino’s Pizza outlets, Dunkin Donuts etc Leela Hotels, JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotels, ISRO, National Heart Institute, Honda among others. Heat Cure solutions are developed for all, and we have helped our customers from the B2B and B2C space to block up to 85% of ultraviolet and infrared rays from entering the building – which eventually helped them create a desirable environment without burning a hole in their pocket with energy costs.
