1.What have been your two days of experience at EXCON?

This is the 11th edition of EXCON. Normally, it is held in the month of December, this edition however got rescheduled to May. For the last couple of years, this industry has been going throughmultiple challenges including the pandemic. So, we were looking for a platform to showcase our innovative line-up of products and to connect with all stake holders. We’ve had enthusiastic participation from all the Equipment manufacturers, financers, component suppliers, vendors, dealer partners, and most importantly, the customers. The entire industry needs some fresh energy, and EXCON has provided that and we already feel revitalised.

2.Is there any new product launch and what are its key features?

We are indeed taking this opportunity to showcase our latest offerings in terms products, services and technology. We have displayed our range of Compact, Infra and Mining Equipment, Parts, Service & Attachment solutions.

Our flagship model EX200LC, has more than 25000 installations across the country, and is also the most successful running model in the Indian construction equipment industry. The first machine of the EX200LC we sold was in the early 90's, and today it is the number one choice of our valued customers. To strengthen this portfolio, we’ve launched the new variant called EX200 Super+.

The maximum growth in the excavator segment that we are witnessing in India now is in the mini excavator range. We already have three models that we successfully sell. Now we’ve unveiled a 3-tonne excavator NX30, which is indigenously developed.

While we are market leaders in Hydraulic excavator segment, we have also been working on expanding our portfolio of wheeled equipment. Our wheel loader portfolio has been further expanded with the addition of a 5 tonne pay load capacity wheel loader ZW225, which is also launched here at EXCON. Also on the display is our CNG powered SHINRAI PRO backhoe loader.
